    For Visa

    1. Covering Letter (Word Format)
    2. Credit Card details to pay fees online (NZD 430 ≈ NPR 21,500)

    3. Notary attested copy of First and Last pages of Passport
    4. Coloured scanned copy of all Passport pages (include old passports if available)
    5. Visa Forms:

    7. Digital coloured photograph (45 mm x 35 mm, JPG, 381x528 pixels, 70%-80% face coverage, non-white light background)
    8. Offer Letter from Educational Institution
    9. Proof of Funds:
      • Bank Statement & Certificate / Education Loan Letter
      • Funds = 1st year Tuition + NZ$ 20,000 (Living) + NZ$ 2,000 (Airfare)
      • Funds should be 3–6 months old
      • Collateral Documents if loan is secured
      • Only one sponsor is accepted
    10. Email ID and Visiting Card of the bank branch for verification
    11. Financial Undertaking Form (INZ 1014) (click here to download forms)
    12. Affidavit of Support from sponsors (on NPR 100 Notary Stamp Paper)
    13. Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport copy of Sponsors
    14. Income Tax Returns (ITR) or Form 16 (Last 3 years)
      • Business Income: Provide GST registration etc.
      • If sponsors/parents are working abroad: Provide employment proof, salary account statement, and visa copy
    15. Student’s Birth Certificate (Optional)
    16. Notary attested Academic Documents (10th, 12th, Bachelor’s — DigiLocker verified)
    17. Visa Refusal Letter (If any)
    18. Notary attested IELTS / PTE / TOEFL (PTE Login ID and Password if applicable)

    6. Funds Required:
      • Course < 1 year: Tuition Fee + NZ$ 15,000 Living + NZ$ 2,000 Airfare
      • Course > 1 year: 1 year Tuition + NZ$ 15,000 + NZ$ 2,000 + Payment plan showing future fund availability
    7. Accepted Fund Types:
      • Secured Education Loan with Collateral (Nationalized Bank)
      • Savings (6 months statement)
      • Fixed Deposit
      • Provident Fund (Withdrawable Certificate)
